We have 2 storied independent house in Bangalore. In recent years the temperature in Bangalore has increased so much that we were not able to use the first floor during summer especially from Feb till June. We were advised by our friend about AES and their 2X Thermal Guard roof thermal insulation coating solution. We got it installed and the result is amazing. On the roof surface on a sunny day it reduces the temperature by 20 degree Celsius and inside ambient temperature has reduced significantly and now we are using first floor even in summer.

Our place is very hot for almost 6 to 7 months in a year, it is close to Kadapa and the entire area is rocky and becomes very hot during summer. Our house is more than 30 year with concrete roof.
